Choices provides NLP certification trainings, seminars, and workshops, as well as personal counseling and business consulting. Founded by Kay Ries in 1984, Choices is located in the heart of Seattle, Washington, just three blocks north of Lake Union.

Choices has from the beginning held strongly to the belief that when people are whole unto themselves, they will naturally be successful in all areas of their life. This belief, along with a commitment to combining excellence with integrity, has created a reputation for delivering the finest NLP trainings in the Pacific Northwest.

Choices' trainings have always emphasized personal evolution rather than the simple accumulation of techniques. Skills without congruency will generate limited success. We believe that when people have the skills and resources necessary for personal congruence and integrity, they also have the tools to excel in all areas of their life.

A relatively small NLP center by choice, our intent is to provide intimate trainings that not only result in consistently proficient students, but in students who have experienced profound transformation of self. The result is doubly empowering and exhilarating for everyone involved.

Kay Ries is the lead trainer for all Choices' NLP Certification Seminars. Warm, aware, and professional, she holds a powerful focus for learning, healing, and growth. Kay is a master at utilizing personal experience, rather than contrived experiences, to generate learning that is very real. The more personal and real learning is, the longer it lasts and the more relevant and useful it is. Kay is always going for this kind of learning.

Firmly grounded in the technology of NLP, we take our students beyond technique into the process of personal evolution. This emphasis is one of the things that makes our training special.

Another strength of Choices' certification trainings is the exceptional support system provided throughout the entire training. We offer structured and staffed study groups (an optional lab experience held twice weekly at our training center) enabling students to become proficient with the skills and techniques presented on the weekends. This means that learnings are integrated into behavior as you go; each segment creating a firm foundation for the next. This leads to superior results.
