As Choices' founder, director, and lead trainer, I have been helping people change their lives since 1984. (You never really change peopleís lives, you just help them discover who they really are.) It gives me great joy to do this!

There is nothing as rewarding as being alive to life. Sometimes the experience is quiet, powerful, and still. Other times it is dynamic, turbulent, or even overwhelming. Whatever the quality, I like to bring that aliveness to every training.

The material, the content, of good NLP seminars has a certain constancy to it, and that is basic to our training. But it is personal interaction with the content, individual experience of it, that makes it powerful and alive.

By the end of each training I want every student to be so alive to themselves, and have such a strong and clear understanding of NLP and themselves, that they begin to know their true human potential at the deepest levels.

I want their lives to be happier, richer, and more fulfilling each day of their life. I want them to have all of the smaller things that make each day fun and meaningful. If this can happen, the big things will be there too. Itís just a matter of time and focus.

As you can tell my emphasis is upon learning as growth and evolution. To accomplish this it is important to understand the structure of learning, growth and evolution. Then it can be consciously directed. This is what makes NLP so exciting. It provides the structural model for learning, healing, growing and achieving.

Because of this you will find my teaching grounded in a strong sense of structure. It is that structural foundation that enables me to be so free to utilize the moment and teach to the real issues of participants. Most NLP trainers do this to a high degree. I like to do it even more.

If structure is the foundation of the magic, personal commitment is what empowers it. It takes both an understanding of structure and a personal commitment to grow to go beyond the surface of this technology called NLP. NLP will help you have everything you want, to the level you commit to it.

You will find me totally committed go providing you with the best opportunity possible to make that commitment. I should also say that I am attentive to my own growth and evolution at the deepest levels. In addition to my ongoing work in NLP, I have spent an average of 8–10 days each month in spiritual retreat and study for the last 12 years. This, plus my extensive experience with people, enables me to hold a clear, centered and focused energy for the training and for all participants.
